Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms form part of the Terms of Service and apply to all paid plans, renewals, cancellations and failed payments.
Subscription rules
- Subscriptions are currently billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
- The price, currency, taxes, plan scope and next charge date are shown before purchase and in the panel or payment confirmation.
- Cancellation is available through the customer panel or the contact shown on the Website; cancellation applies going forward.
- Non-payment may result in suspension of the licence, Market Room, indicators and other features.
- In-house products may be added to or removed from a plan; third-party products are generally paid for separately.
- A change to the renewal price requires prior notice; you may cancel before the next charge.
- A chargeback does not replace a complaint. An unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension and debt recovery.
