Software Licence Terms

These licence terms form part of the Terms of Service and govern the use of the Bot and the indicators included in your plan.

Scope of the licence

  • Cold Execution grants, for the duration of an active Subscription, a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the Bot and the indicators included in the plan.
  • The licence is for your own use; by default it covers one platform ID (cTrader ID or MetaTrader ID) and accounts linked to that ID, unless the offer states otherwise.
  • Source code, logic, filters, names, documentation and know-how remain the property of Cold Execution or its licensors.
  • The following are prohibited: copying, modification, decompilation, reverse engineering, extraction of logic, circumvention of the licence, sharing files, resale and use to provide services to third parties.
  • The licence expires when the Subscription ends, on breach, or on revocation for security/legal reasons. You should stop using and delete files you are no longer entitled to use.
  • The licence does not include any right to results, performance, compatibility with every broker or uninterrupted operation.
