Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Cancelling a Subscription stops future renewals; it is not the same as statutory withdrawal or a complaint about non-conforming digital content/services.

A Consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to the statutory exceptions.

For digital content such as the Bot file, licence, configurations or indicators, the right may be lost after supply begins only where, before purchase, the Consumer expressly requests immediate supply, acknowledges loss of the right and receives confirmation on a durable medium.

For continuous digital services such as Market Room, the panel or support, where the Consumer expressly requests early performance within the 14-day period and then withdraws, a proportionate amount may be due for the service supplied up to withdrawal. Starting a continuous service does not always immediately remove the entire withdrawal right.

In bundles combining digital content and digital services, the effects of withdrawal are assessed according to the type of each element and applicable law.

Beyond statutory withdrawal and conformity remedies, fees for a correctly started and supplied period are generally non-refundable. A discretionary refund may be granted individually but does not create a standing right or a precedent.
